Returns
We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date.
To qualify for a return, your item must:

Be unused and in its original condition.

Be returned in its original packaging.

Include all original accessories and documentation, if applicable.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned:

Opened or used trading card products, including booster packs, booster boxes, elite trainer boxes, and other sealed collectibles that have been opened or tampered with.

Gift cards.

Clearance or final sale items.

Products damaged due to misuse, improper handling, or normal wear and tear.
Damaged or Incorrect Orders
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or you receive the wrong item, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. Include your order number along with clear photos of the item and packaging so we can resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
Refunds
Once your returned item has been received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund.
If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method. Depending on your payment provider, it may take 5–10 business days for the refund to appear in your account.
Return Shipping
If the return is due to our error, such as receiving the wrong or defective item, we will cover the return shipping costs.
For returns due to a change of mind or other customer-related reasons, the customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Exchanges
We replace items only if they are defective, damaged, or if the wrong product was sent. Exchange requests are subject to product availability.
Order Cancellations
Orders may be canceled before they have been processed or shipped. Once an order has shipped, it can no longer be canceled and must follow the return process.
